General Policy
General Theater Policy for Town Square Entertainment
Welcome to Town Square. Theatres. Our goal is to offer a memorable entertainment experience for everyone, and to ensure enjoyment for all patrons, we have a few basic policies. These policies are here to help maintain a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment for viewers of all ages and backgrounds.
Ticket Categories and Seating Arrangements
Senior tickets are available for guests aged 62 and older; children's tickets are for ages 12 and under, and military tickets are available for all our service members. All theatergoers must sit in their assigned seats. Any seating marked on the map with the wheelchair symbol is exclusively reserved for guests with disabilities and their companions.
Rules for Conduct and Courtesy
The use of mobile phones inside auditoriums is strictly prohibited. Patrons are also asked to refrain from loud talking or any disruptive behavior during the film. Additionally, placing feet on the seats or any destruction of theater property is not allowed. Recording or photographing any part of the movie is forbidden.
Safety and Security Measures
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. All backpacks, packages, and large bags may be subject to inspection to ensure everyone's safety. Soliciting within the theater or parking lot is prohibited, and weapons of any kind are strictly banned from auditorium premises.
Dress Code and General Etiquette
Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for a public space with children. Patrons must have shoes and appropriate attire.
